Tamara Berisha, MS, LAc
Tamara Berisha, M.S., L.Ac. is a Licensed Acupuncturist in the states of New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. She has 20 years of experience in Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, Massage Therapy and Nutrition. Tamara emphasizes a compassionate approach that takes into account the patient’s entire lifestyle. Her acupuncture, massage, herbal and nutrition treatments are designed to help patients get to the root cause of their discomfort, whether it be an acute or chronic condition.
Tamara holds a Master of Science Degree in Acupuncture and an Associates degree in Massage Therapy from the Swedish Institute of Health Sciences, in Manhattan, one of first schools in the country to teach Classical Chinese Acupuncture. Tamara studied Chinese Herbal Medicine, Medical Essential Oils and Chinese Dietary Therapy under the guidance of world renowned teacher Jeffrey Yuen, a Taoist doctor and priest. She also studied advanced Chinese Herbal Medicine at the Won Institute of Graduate Studies and Western Herbal Medicine through the Vermont Center of Integrative Herbalism. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology.
In addition to these courses of study, she also has taken interest in Sports Medicine and Pain Management She completed a two year program in Zheng Gui Tui Na, which is an extensive program incorporating acupuncture, massage therapy and herbal medicine for sports injuries, over-use injuries and performance. She has also studied an advanced program in women’s health, infertility and pregnancy related issues. While living in Manhattan she work at an exclusive women’s health center and attended over 40 births using massage therapy, acupuncture and doula services to support the birthing mother.
Beyond her professional and academic pursuits, Tamara grew up in Hunterdon County and is now raising her 3 children here.
Tamara also lectures on Integrative Medicine and Chinese Medicine to build awareness within the medical and local community.
Ann Vitolo, MS, LAc
Ann graduated with a degree in English Literature from New York University and earned her Masters of Traditional Oriental Medicine from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine's New York campus (PCOM) in 1997. She is an NCCAOM Certified Licensed Acupuncturist in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is also a Certified Chinese Herbologist and Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist.
As part of both the Clinical and Academic faculty at PCOM and Toro College in NYC, she designed and taught the Public Health module of PCOM's Oriental Medicine series and the Gynecology module in the same series, focusing on integrating Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western medicinal approaches to common gynecological problems. Ann also acted as Department Chair of Clinical Medicine at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine.
As a Certified Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist, Ann provided acupuncture in the treatment of detoxification and post traumatic stress disorder in a wide variety of clinics throughout the NYC area. The settings included a mobile needle exchange program,
working with adolescents at risk in Job Corps Training programs, a drop in center established for homeless youth in Times Square, and working with the NYC Fire Department to establish a branch of auricular acupuncture services at their counseling center in Ft. Totten as well as providing treatment at FDNY's main counseling location in Manhattan providing acupuncture post 9/11.
Ann had a private practice in Hoboken, NJ for over 15 years with a focus on Women's Health and Fertility before moving to Hunterdon County and joining the Acupuncture & Holistic Arts team. She and her husband are in the process of renovating an 1860's home.
Stefanie Layman, Licensed Massage Therapist
Stefanie graduated from the Institute of Therapeutic Massage in Red Bank, NJ in 2007 where she completed the Massage and Bodywork Program, which focuses on Anatomy & Physiology, Myology, Pathology and various different massage modalities. She has experience with Swedish, Medical, Neuromuscular massage and uses various modalities such as deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release therapy, reflexology, assisted stretching and energetic techniques to address the needs of each client.
Stefanie is also a Graduate of David Winston’s Center for Herbal Studies, and is in the process of becoming a clinical Herbalist. She offers Herbal consultations for those looking for a holistic approach to treating their issues. Stefanie also has tea workshops she offers throughout the year where she explains the value of each herb used within the tea blend and sends you home with samples from that workshop.

Jurgita Caballero, Certified Holistic Health Coach
Jurgita is a Certified Holistic Health Coach. Jurgita is a graduate of The Institute for Integrative Nutrition as well as The Institute for Functional Health Coaching and is currently enrolled in The School of Applied Functional Medicine.
She has a functional approach to wellness and is dedicated to teaching others the best ways to incorporate healthier food and lifestyle choices into their everyday lives. Jurgita educates clients on all parts of their life health as a whole. By listening to what areas her clients are having health challenges in, she is able to dive much deeper to find the root of their issues and create a plan to make changes.
Jurgita's style of coaching is to educate & provide guidance, resources, support and motivation while her client is learning to adapt to a new sustainable lifestyle and food choices. She becomes the bridge between her clients and better health.
Michele Dellavalle, CHTP, ART, RMP, Hypno-Counselor
Michele began practicing healing and energy work after she became fascinated with restorative and positive effects that Reiki had on herself and others. She went on to study energy medicine, received her Certification as a Healing Touch Practitioner (CHTP) and became a Usui Reiki Ryoho Master Reiki Practitioner (ART) and Reiki Master Teacher (RMT).
Michele became a Certified Hypno-Counselor to assist those wanting to make personal improvements in weight, stress and pain management, sports performance, attaining goals and other positive behavioral changes.
Her approach employs complimentary methods to treat individuals in a holistic manner helping her clients in reaching their goals and the highest possible level of mental and physical well-being. She believes it’s important to maintain your body’s natural work balance through restorative healing and by alleviating stress & easing chronic pain to avoid disease. This can be accomplished through various mediums such as meditation, therapeutic oils and crystals, Hypnosis and Reiki. Michele follows a healthy life style,
receives acupuncture, massage & other modalities routinely and believes in living as holistically as possible. She follows her passion to help others to use alternative methods for self-healing and well-being. After several years of practicing she formed her business to help others achieve the benefits energy healing brought to her.
Michele holds a BA in Accounting and has over 25 years of experience in the Banking Industry and currently consults with businesses and individuals on credit and financial matters.
Judi Hason, Certified Tai Chi & Wudang Qi Gong Instructor
Judi is a Certified Tai Chi Instructor, Wudang Qi Gong/Meditation Instructor & is a Chinese Medical Qi Gong Therapist. Judi comes to the teachings of Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Meditation with a unique background. Chronically ill for ten years and unable to heal with Western Medicine, her dedication to these ancient Chinese disciplines has cured her of disease. Her passion for the Chinese Internal Martial Arts and Taoist philosophy has led her to create programs and share the benefits of Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Meditation across Long Island.
Judi has studied with several Tai Chi Masters, and has had intensive training with Wudang Taoist Master Yun Xiang Tseng from 1997-2007 . Wudang Mountain is considered a spiritual sanctuary and primary center for Taoist Internal Martial Arts in China. Judi is certified by “The Wudang Taoist Association” to teach Wudang Qi Gong , Meditation and Tai Chi. She also has multiple certifications by Dr. Paul Lam to teach Tai Chi for Arthritis, Tai Chi for Diabetes and Tai Chi for Osteoporosis. Judi is a Chinese Medical Qi Gong Therapist and works at Hunterdon Medical Centers, Integrative Medicine Dept. as well as teaching multiple classes.
